Business Manager at HCR Personnel Solutions HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the GTA who needs to hire a Maintenance Department Manager. What they are looking for is someone who has been employed as a Maintenance Manager in a fast paced manufacturing setting.

Minimum

Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or Skilled Trade CofQ with equivalent experience ~5+ years proven maintenance/facility management experience in manufacturing (preferably automotive) ~ Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics ~ Proficient with CMMS and maintenance/facility management software ~ In-depth understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards and compliance Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance and facility management strategy Lead, coach and manage maintenance technicians, facility staff and contractors Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime and support production Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs and CMMS records Manage maintenance budget,
