This is achieved by the Coordinator having an ongoing awareness and involvement in workflow of the unit. Duties include bed management, discharge planning, advocating for the patient/family, identifying supply and equipment needs and assisting with staff scheduling.Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
