Today, at Lavington, we safely and sustainably produce 238 million board feet of lumber per year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:Certified Millwrightwith valid InterprovincialRed Seal Certification .Demonstratedcommitment to working safely.Hydraulic systems troubleshooting experience .Ability or readblueprints ,plansandschematics .Strong problem-solving skills.Commitment toworking safelycoupled with strongcommunication&interpersonal; skills .Ability towork independentlywith little supervision.Organizational and planning skills.Experience with CMMS systems and JD Edwards are considered assets.Previous experience in a forest products environment considered an asset.We value diversity at Tolko and know that experience and knowledge comes in many forms. mechanical systems, rollers and chains, bearings and hydraulic systems involved in the manufacturing process.Performpreventative and predictive maintenance.
