You’ll be joining a motivated team that prides itself on excellence, hard work, and genuine collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, organize and manage a high-volume retail storeDrive, lead, motivate and develop staff to become leaders in luxury jewelry salesFoster an environment that puts the client at the forefrontDevelop meaningful relationships with each and every clientManage store operations, business development, client relations and promote the store within the communityAchieve or exceed sales targets continuouslyQualificationsFive (5) years of retail sales experience, luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred; A Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management,
