Hyundai , we’re looking for a Sales Manager who brings energy, focus, and care to every part of the sales floor. It’s about being in the mix — helping salespeople get better, keeping the team’s energy high, and making sure customers feel the difference the moment they walk in. You’ll work alongside our leadership team to keep the store running strong and the culture thriving.

Drive the daily rhythm of the sales floor — appointments, deals, follow-ups, and energy. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and a consistent Hyundai experience. Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality.

Help develop sales staff through daily interaction, feedback, and encouragement. Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to execute store initiatives and hit targets.

Authentic: You genuinely care about your team and customers — people trust you. Automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years). Proven understanding of recent and pre-owned deal structure and CRM systems. A record of consistent sales success and customer satisfaction.
