- Manage daily operations of the Beauty Studio
- Implement technology innovations during client interactions
- Oversee the Online Reservation system for clients
- Plan and execute in-store events with service teams
- Conduct performance assessments for Beauty Advisors Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to attract and develop talented store leaders
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds
