Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for fuel sales, merchandise, and other transactions
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity and precision
- Conduct product demos and upsell items such as snacks, beverages, or convenience products to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station’s retail area, including merchandising displays
- Assist with fueling vehicles efficiently while ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Answer customer questions regarding products, services, or station amenities using clear communication skills




- Manage phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette and provide information as needed
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking shelves
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times to maintain a secure environment for customers and staff

Qualifications

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace while managing time efficiently
- Organizational skills to keep the retail area tidy and well-stocked
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is advantageous but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
