Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our agile dental team. Duties

- Perform thorough dental examinations, including patient history review and clinical assessments using advanced tools such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for restorative procedures
- Diagnose dental conditions accurately by interpreting medical terminology, X-rays, and other diagnostic data
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient’s unique needs, including preventive care, restorations, extractions, and cosmetic procedures
- Use dental office management software such as Dentrix and Epic to document patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently
- Provide pediatric dental care when necessary, ensuring a gentle approach tailored for young patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive measures,



and post-treatment care to promote long-term health
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Maintain compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and legal requirements

Qualifications

- Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing
- Proven experience working in a dental office environment with proficiency in using Dentrix or similar practice management software
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry and patient care documentation
- Experience providing pediatric dental services is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CAD technology for designing restorations or prosthetics is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and foster trust with patients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $200,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
