Shindico, an industry leader with nearly 50 years of operations in real estate development and investment management in Canada, is looking for the following full-time permanent position to join our team:Property AccountantWorking within a team of property accountants, you will be responsible for the overall accounting functions for a real estate asset portfolio consisting of residential, retail, or office properties.Main responsibilities include the following:Full cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties including annual budgets, monthly financial reporting, variance analysis and operational reportsBudget review and analysis on property financial performanceManage rental billings, tenant recoveries,
