You will lead production Supervisors and plant staff, drive throughput, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.The role requires a relevant degree or diploma in operations/engineering and experience leading 24/7 production in manufacturing or recycling, with PLC controls as an asset.
