We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer (P.to join our Edmonton team and help deliver impactful projects in our community. The successful candidate will work closely with a local team of 30 geotechnical professionals based out of Edmonton, supported by a wider, regional team of over 200 geotechnical professionals. Leverage cutting-edge tools (UAVs, AI-integrated solutions) and contribute to Stantec's Innovation Office and Digital Center of Excellence.
Lead and Deliver Projects: Manage and execute small to mid-sized geotechnical projects from proposal through completion, including planning, analysis, reporting, and client communication.
Technical Leadership: Apply your expertise to complex analyses, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Team Management: Lead and coordinate small project teams, fostering collaboration and skilled growth.
