AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide qualified nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting in Ontario. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and support Personal Support Workers to ensure high-quality care.
Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians, coordinating care with the health team, and participating in shift reports to keep the team informed of resident changes. Ontario certification and active practice are required.
