Human Resources ManagerWe are looking for a Human Resources Professional that will lead our HR team.Responsibilities- Implement HR processes utilizing the systems available to maximize Effectiveness and Efficiency- Coach and Train site management regarding HR Processes and provide HR support in Non-Union and Unionized environments and advise site management on HR issues, discipline, and other HR Processes- Streamline Recruitment Practices while being ‘Hands-on’ with the Hiring Process- Support management in addressing and resolving personnel issues- Develop and Oversee an effective WCB Claim Management Process- Adherence to the Collective Agreements for 3 separate agreements- Administration of the established Health and Safety Program and Corresponding DocumentationRequirements- Experience in an HR role including Recruitment, WCB Management, Workforce Relations, and Performance Management- Process driven with ability to develop Systems to Ensure Consistency and Efficiency- Self-motivated with Strong Organizational skills,
