and delivery decisions.Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.Establish and scale governance, processes, and delivery standards to enable consistent, high-quality outcomes.Apply and scale delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid) based on client context and organizational maturity.Develop AI solutions and incorporate AI-enabled delivery tools (e.G., Jira, MS Project, Planner, Smartsheet) to support planning, backlog management, reporting, and decision-making.Mentor teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational alignment.What You’ll Bring8+ years of consulting experience leading technology projects and business transformation initiatives in roles such as Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, Senior Business Analyst, or Delivery Lead.Advanced knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Strong understanding of AI concepts and hands‑on experience supporting initiatives involving AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, machine learning, advanced analytics, or digital transformation platforms.Deep understanding of the end-to-end project and software development lifecycle - from business case development through planning, execution, deployment, and operational transition.Solid technical foundation with familiarity across enterprise applications, cloud technologies, integrations, and IT infrastructure.Technical fluency with modern software engineering practices,

For this position, the expected base salary pay range is $109,000 to $125,000. In addition, there is potential for a 10% discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
