Lead student support initiatives as a Behaviour and Regulation Specialist with Greater St.

Schools. This full-time role focuses on addressing significant behavioral and emotional needs in an inclusive setting. The Behaviour and Regulation Specialist is central to the Student Support Services team.

Providing leadership, consultation, and capacity-building, this role aims to support students facing behavioral, regulation, and emotional challenges. You will collaborate with school teams to develop individualized programming based on data, observations, and multidisciplinary input, enhancing student wellness across the Division. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead team-oriented school support meetings for students in need
- Analyze behavioral data to inform intervention strategies




- Develop Individualized Behaviour Support Plans and related strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for student support
- Provide coaching to enhance staff capacity in effective practices Requirements:
- Relevant education in psychology, social work, or related fields
- Experience supporting youth with behavioral and emotional needs
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Current NVCI Instructor certification or willingness to obtain Drive transformative student support with your expertise in behavior and regulation at Greater St.
