Job SummaryAs a Payroll Supervisor at EllisDon, you will assist with all day‑to‑day aspects of the Payroll Department, focusing on the salary population and coordination with hourly populations.ResponsibilitiesAssist with day‑to‑day payroll operations for a salaried payroll of 3,500 employees.Oversee 3 direct reports and collaborate with a large payroll team.Process leaves of absence, including maternity and parental leave, and manage complex terminations.Manage payroll for diverse populations using multiple systems and pay cycles across most Canadian provinces, including Quebec.Prepare statutory reporting and remittances.Prepare periodic and year‑end income‑tax reporting and remittances.Perform payroll accounting functions, reconciliations, and reporting.Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide hands‑on support,
