A successful candidate will have a consultative approach, established relationships within the commercial construction industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability ToConduct systematic market analysis to identify prospective commercial accounts including general contractors, developers, and institutional buyersFormulate and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve and surpass annual revenue targetsEstablish and maintain enduring relationships with decision-makers through in-person meetings, telephone consultations, and written correspondenceAct as the go-to contact for questions about our products – covering details pricing, availability, and suggested usesCoordinate with operations, logistics, and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate order processing and on-time deliveryPartner with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional initiatives, trade show participation, and co-branded campaignsGather and communicate market insights to inform product development, inventory management, and pricing strategiesMaintain up-to-date records for sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance; preparing periodic reports for senior leadershipYour strengths include:2+ years of B2B or commercial sales experience; experience in building materials, construction supplies, or industrial distribution is highly preferredDemonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, target driven environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasivelyProven self-motivation,
