Notre-Dame Hospital in Hearst, Ontario, is seeking a dynamic, benevolent and visionary leader for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the hospital, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services, and fostering a culture of excellence, under the guidance of the Board of directors.Responsibilities- Provide visionary leadership to guide the hospital in achieving its mission and goals.- Collaborate with the board of directors, medical staff, and other stakeholders to develop and implement the strategic plan.- Lead and inspire a diverse team of healthcare professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and patient-centered care.- Build and maintain solid relationships with community partners, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.- Ensure the optimal use of human, financial and material resources.- Exercise immediate and assertive action when addressing sensitive matters, ensuring decisions are made promptly, appropriately, and in alignment with organizational policies.- Demonstrate sound business judgment in all situations, ensuring decisions prioritize safety,
