Job summary Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality, Production & R&D; Technician plays a key role in the day-to-day operations at Dam. This role combines quality control, food production, and continuous improvement of products and processes. We’re looking for someone hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys both actively participating in operations and contributing to quality improvements and better ways of working. Ensure the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the quality assurance system Ensure products and operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements Perform quality control checks during production and on finished products Complete and maintain production documents,



quality logs, and required records Develop, maintain, and enforce procedures, standards, and good manufacturing practices Manage non-conformities and participate in implementing corrective and preventive actions Train and support the team on quality, sanitation, and production best practices Actively participate in day-to-day food production operations Prepare ingredients and carry out production according to planning schedules Participate in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the production space Occasionally assist with order preparation and shipping Collaborate on process optimization, workflow organization, and production methods Actively participate in research & development activities, including testing, validations, and product/process improvements Perform any other related tasks contributing to the smooth operation of the company Profile & working conditions Click on the sections below to learn more #J-18808-Ljbffr
