and financial performanceBuild and maintain project schedules and resource plansTrack daily production, costs, and progress—and act fast on variancesOversee subcontractors, procurement, and vendor performancePartner with Superintendents to coordinate labour, equipment, and logisticsBuild strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersHandle contracts, change orders, and reportingEnsure health & safety excellence on every job siteStay hands-on with regular site presence to drive resultsWhat are the Requirements?Background in Engineering would be idealP.
