As the Product Manager you will be responsible for leveraging product management cycles, commercial aptitude, and industry experience across locomotive solutions with a high degree of empowerment to build dynamic and customer centric offerings.

Grow and maintain comprehensive market knowledge on locomotive technology and technology progression to build solid competitive analysis on the industry's best practices and competitors. ~Driving product strategy in alignment with the overall company vision and goals through market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying market opportunities to define the product roadmap. ~Prioritizing features based on customer and business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with the company's strategic objectives. ~ Working closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather and document product requirements. Collaborating with various teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch. Overseeing the product development process, ensuring that the product is built according to specifications, and managing the product lifecycle.

Monitoring the performance and success of the product in the market. Analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance. ~ Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.



Conducting customer interviews, organizing user feedback sessions, and addressing customer concerns. 3+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with products relating to IoT, telematics and/ or monitoring systems ~ Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields ~ Ability to travel internationally ~ Previous experience in the locomotive industry would be considered an asset The annual base salary is determined through comprehensive market research and considers factors including qualifications, skills, education, relevant experience, work location, internal equity, and alignment with local and industry market data.
