Reporting to the Vice President, Service, the Project Manager - Service provides the necessary leadership to bid, plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control assigned projects.

Along with your project team, you will be given control of your project to deliver it on time while keeping your client engaged and informed throughout. ensuring site safety meets Lindsay policy and legislated requirements Guide your team towards productive operation and coordination of all aspects of assigned projects, including cost estimate, gross profit, schedule, quality, safety, client satisfaction, and timely collection of progress billings, final payment, and holdback Work cooperatively with other project teams Experience running all aspects of commercial/ industrial construction projects in excess of 100K Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering drawings, construction specifications, estimates, job cost reports, and legal documents Organizational ability to effectively work on several projects concurrently Ability to address to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and members of the business community
