Role Description The Head of Sales at Huuply is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the sales organization, setting revenue targets, and executing strategies to achieve growth. This role oversees day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking across the sales team. The Head of Sales collaborates with cross-functional partners in marketing, product, and customer success to align go-to-market initiatives and optimize the customer journey.

Daily activities include coaching and mentoring sales team members, managing key accounts, refining sales processes and playbooks, and analyzing data to improve conversion and retention. The role also involves participating in strategic planning, representing Huuply in high-impact customer meetings, and ensuring consistent, data-driven decision-making across the sales function.

Qualifications

- Solid Sales and Sales Management skills,



with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Account Management experience, including building long-term relationships and managing key strategic accounts.
- Team Management capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast revenue, and drive data-informed strategies.
- Experience in remote leadership and managing distributed teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Background in B2B SaaS or technology sales is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
