Talent Acquisition CoordinatorWhat does a Talent Acquisition Coordinator do?You will use your experience in Talent Acquisition, organization, strategy and communication to support the high-volume and high performing Talent Acquisition team through:Developing a working knowledge of position requirements and business needs by conducting intake meeting with hiring managersBuilding effective and strategic recruitment initiates to support attraction and retention of high-volume and niche top-talentSourcing and establishing core partnerships with agencies and educational institutionsScreening and interviewing high volumes of candidates to ensure healthy pipelinesActing as brand ambassador for PASS at internal and external hiring and career eventsCollaborating effectively within the Talent Acquisition team and with other departments and stakeholdersTracking and analyzing recruitment metrics and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)Providing insights and recommendations on recruitment practices with an aim for continuous improvement and process effectivenessCollaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to support DE&I hiring practicesWhat you bring to PASSYou have 1-3 years of progressive experience in a Talent Acquisition RoleYou are a valid RAIC holder or are able to obtain your Transport Security Clearance (upon successful hire)You have a clear criminal background recordFluency in French is considered an assetYou are able to effectively and collaboratively work in a team environmentYou have a demonstrated ability to communicate well across various audiences and stakeholders with diplomacy, tact and confidentialityYou have a keen eye for detail and hold yourself accountable to high standardsYou thrive in high volume, fast-paced and evolving environmentSalary Range: $60,000 - $65,000This role is fully based in office at our office in Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
