You will provide comprehensive administrative support within the general treatment department by coordinating electronic physician orders, scheduling clinic appointments, and handling patient inquiries. Familiarity with clinic programs and schedules is essential, as is the ability to manage various tasks with sensitivity towards patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate electronic orders and appointments for oncologists
- Schedule tests and consultations as required by clinical staff
- Receive and screen current and follow-up patients effectively




- Prepare patient charts and enter data across software platforms
