You will manage road maintenance, ensure compliance with standards, and provide essential winter control services. This role requires experience in operating heavy machinery and performing various maintenance tasks effectively and safely. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate graders, backhoes, and loaders for road maintenance
- Perform winter control maintenance and snow removal operations
- Ensure compliance with road standards and monitor safety
- Provide traffic control and install necessary infrastructure
- Maintain accurate daily logs for equipment and work hours Requirements:
- Secondary School Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of related heavy equipment experience
- One full winter control season with plow truck operation
- Valid Ontario Class “D” Driver’s Licence with “Z” endorsement
