Ledcor is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team for a major mine life expansion project near Logan Lake, BC. Operators will work with excavators, packers, loaders, and rock trucks in a dynamic mining and heavy civil construction environment. What You’ll Need

- Previous experience operating excavators, rock trucks, loaders, or other heavy construction equipment




- Minimum 3 years of relevant heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Experience on mining, heavy civil, earthworks, or large-scale industrial construction projects is an asset
- Ability to operate equipment without GPS or machine control systems
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather and terrain conditions
- Strong understanding of equipment inspections and protected operating procedures
- Valid government‑issued photo identification
- Successful completion of pre‑access drug and alcohol testing
- Valid CSTS-09, CSTS-2020, or CSO certification
- Completion of all required project‑specific online orientations

What Will Make You Stand Out

- Minimum 3 years of relevant heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Previous experience working on mining, heavy civil, earthworks, or large-scale industrial construction projects is an asset
