Ledcor is seeking Utility Operators to join a major civil earthworks project in remote Northern Saskatchewan. Operators will handle a variety of heavy equipment for site development, excavation, grading, and pad construction. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, safety-focused professionals to work on a rotational schedule with camp accommodations and travel support. The ideal candidate is versatile, productive, and committed to safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment in construction, mining, or earthworks
- Proven experience on excavators, dozers, graders, or loaders
- Ability to read and follow site plans, grade stakes, and construction layouts
- Valid driver’s license and 3 years drivers abstract
- CSTS-2020 Fundamentals ticket
- Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification
- Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing

- Experience with GPS machine control and grade control systems
