Resort seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Supervisor with over five years in heavy equipment operations. This role involves supervising grooming equipment usage, mentoring operators, and ensuring mountain safety. Leadership in executing on-mountain tasks like grading and revegetating is vital to enhance the guest experience all year round. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise grooming equipment on steep mountain pitches
- Provide daily guidance to Mountain Operations division
- Perform slopes grooming when primary operator is unavailable
- Participate actively in maintenance initiatives for equipment
- Operate company vehicles on various terrains and tasks Requirements:
- 5+ years in heavy equipment operations
- Valid Class “G” Drivers License in good standing
- Ability to operate a snow cat
- Experience in equipment maintenance is a plus
