In your role as an Extrusion Assistant, you will assist with Coater and Blown Film machine operations during production runs and changeovers. You will promote a safety-first culture while performing routine housekeeping and engaging in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance operations. Effective teamwork and adherence to safety regulations will be essential to achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Coater or Blown Film machines as needed
• Assist with setup and changeovers for productive production
• Maintain resin box inventory for extrusion lines
• Support safety compliance and workplace organization
• Participate in continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives
Requirements:
• Manufacturing experience preferred
