and on-site staff to ensure productive service deliveryPromote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellenceMaintain daily logs, incident reports, and equipment recordsProvide security coverage across multiple sites through monitoring, patrolling, and system oversightRespond to routine, emergency, and security-related incidentsIdentify, investigate, and respond to security breaches, safety hazards, and unauthorized accessProvide customer service, respond to public inquiries, and support site operationsEscort emergency personnel (police, fire, ambulance) when requiredManage access control and respond to trespassing or policy violations in accordance with proceduresConduct investigations, prepare reports, and complete follow-up documentationCollaborate with site stakeholders to ensure a protected and secure environmentEnsure all staff maintain professionalism, proper uniform standards, and compliance with company policiesAssist management with staffing coordination, operational support, and incident escalation when requiredRequirementsMust be eligible to work in CanadaMinimum 2 years or more of Security Supervisor experience (preferably tactical experience)High School Diploma or Grade 12 education minimumStrong knowledge of the Criminal Code, Trespass to Property Act, and use of force/arrest proceduresExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, weekdays, and holidaysPhysically able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)
