PRIMARY FOCUS The Home Help Team Member is a key member of the Home Help Service Area in LutherCare Communities (LCC), partnering with other members to achieve the organizational priorities and goals. Reporting to the Home Help Manager (the Manager), the Home Help Team Member supports strategy by contributing to the development and execution of service area plans, including cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction.
