Lead daily operations as a Supervisor with Lookout Housing and Health Society in New Westminster, BC. Provide guidance and support to residents while adhering to policies and enhancing client stability. In this full time, temporary role towards housing support, you will report to the Site Manager.

Your responsibilities include overseeing operations, ensuring service engagement, and facilitating resident independence. Successful completion of respirator fit testing is required to meet WorkSafeBC standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operational activities at the residence
- Ensure adherence to service engagement and case planning procedures
- Manage tenant intake, assessment, and emergency support
- Maintain records and report statistical data accurately
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety standards Requirements:
- 2 years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 2 years recent experience relevant to the role
- Completed OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
