Provide guidance and advice to all Associates in interpretation of HR policies and SOPs.

Accomplishes Human

Resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Handling administrative duties related to the HR Department as assigned. Collaborate with HR team member in handling Associate relations.

A post-secondary degree an asset. ~2-3 years of Human Resources experience required. ~ Customer service oriented professional. ~ Proficient with MS Office Suite. ~ Has handled two or more HR functions simultaneously in the past (ex: Health and Safety & Recruitment) is required. ~ Current CPHR designation or working towards CPHR is an asset. ~ Retail and automotive industry experience is an asset. ~ Able to work outside of regular office hours for events and other HR initiatives. ~ Highly flexible and adaptable in face of a changing work setting. ~ Internal Candidates MUST apply by filling out the Internal Endorsement Form on the Sharepoint.
