Provide advice and guidance on HR matters to employees and supervisors in the areas of policy interpretation, Code of Conduct program, STD benefits, Compensation, employee relations and Training.

- Coordinates the above activities for the Wismer Manufacturing facility and Frobisher Distribution Centre for hourly and salary employees - Coordinate the company STD program – responsible for claim status updates to Supervisors/Managers and payroll approvals - Generate and Track performance reviews for hourly employees - Maintains records and files – medical and otherwise both hardcopy and database - Provides advice and guidance to supervisors for consistent application of the Performance and Attendance Management Policy.
- Works cooperatively with other HR staff to revise HR communications such as Employee Handbook and other safety, health and wellness initiates - Responsible for the Training Program at Wismer and Frobisher. Tracking training completion, generating training reports, developing courses in Alchemy - Assist with SQF audits of HR procedures and training.
- Manage the attendance for the hourly employees, review attendance weekly, prepare discipline for the Supervisors, recommendations to HR Manager for terminations.
