We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven Attic Insulation Estimator to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone motivated, personable, and confident providing professional in-home assessments and quotes. You will work with both company-provided leads and your own self-generated prospects across Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Toronto, and the wider GTA. This is a 100% commission-only role with no cap on your earning potential. Commission is 10% on company-provided leads and 12% on self-generated leads. honest recommendations to homeownersTake accurate measurements and record job detailsPrepare and present detailed quotesGenerate and follow up on your own leads in addition to company-provided onesRepresent Logik professionally and maintain excellent customer serviceRequirementsMinimum 1 year of sales experience and 2 years working with attic insulationPrevious experience in insulation, estimating, or a related construction or home services fieldExperience selling home improvement, insulation, or HVAC products or servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to generate leads through networking and outreachPhysically agile and comfortable climbing ladders and working in atticsAble to carry a 6 ft ladder and safely access attics using your own ladderComfortable working in attics that can be very hot or very cold. This is a physically demanding roleValid driver's license and a reliable vehicle capable of carrying a 6 ft ladderWilling to travel throughout the GTA.
