The successful candidate will be passionate about helping students grow as readers, writers, communicators, and creative thinkers while fostering confidence, collaboration, and meaningful expression through the arts.The successful candidate will enjoy working with middle‐years and senior‐years students and will be able to create engaging learning experiences that support both academic growth and creativity.Primary ResponsibilitiesTeach English Language Arts and Drama courses at the middle years and senior years levelPlan engaging lessons aligned with Manitoba curriculum outcomesSupport the development of solid literacy, communication, and critical‐thinking skillsFoster creativity, collaboration, and confidence through drama education and performance opportunitiesAssess student learning and provide timely and meaningful feedbackFoster a respectful and supportive classroom environmentCollaborate with colleagues and contribute to the life of the school communitySupport the faith formation of students through the integration of a Christian worldview in teaching and relationshipsQualificationsValid Manitoba Teaching CertificationTeachable subject areas in English preferredExperience teaching at the senior years level is an assetCommitment to Christian education and alignment with the school's foundational beliefsMust be eligible for Society membership and able to complete membership interview, pastoral reference, and agreement with the school's foundational beliefs
