Senior Consultant – Workday SCM Functional LeadCanada (hybrid in any office location) | Consulting | Workday Supply ChainAbout the Role We're looking for a Senior Consultant, Workday SCM Functional Lead to join our clients' growing Workday Finance & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will lead end‐to‐end Workday SCM implementations—including Procurement, Inventory, and Strategic Sourcing—while supporting sales cycles and contributing to practice development.If you enjoy solving complex Supply Chain challenges, delivering meaningful transformation, and being part of a collaborative, highly skilled Workday team, this role is for you.What You'll Do Lead full lifecycle implementations of Workday SCM modules.Facilitate workshops, document requirements, and design optimized future‐state processes.Configure Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Inventory, and other SCM components.Develop solution prototypes and deliver executive‐ready presentations.Guide clients through testing, go‐live, deployment,



and change management.Support business development and thought leadership within the Workday practice.Required Skills & Experience 4+ years in Workday or ERP Supply Chain/Procurement consulting.Experience leading 2+ Workday SCM implementations (or equivalent P2P/SCM deployments).In‐depth knowledge of Workday SCM areas: ProcurementStrong understanding of end‐to‐end P2P processes: requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, settlements, catalogs, supplier enablement.Knowledge of key inventory processes (replenishment, issuing, stock counts, valuation).Robust communication and client‐facing consulting skills.Ability to manage multiple workstreams.Willingness to travel across Canada.Compensation $80K - $120K per year + full benefits packagesExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D.; Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
