As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a hands-on role in supporting the development, launch, and continuous improvement of ORION's products and services. Working closely with the Product and cross-functional teams across the organization, you will help turn customer needs, market insights, and technical requirements into practical solutions that deliver value to our community.Key Activities:Research market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to inform product decisionsSupport the Product Team in defining, implementing, and refining product strategiesContribute to product and service lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements gathering, launch support, and ongoing enhancementsAssist with product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market planningHelp ensure product initiatives align with ORION's strategy, goals, and the evolving needs of our communityCustomer Engagement & Relationship ManagementBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and technical usersLearn about customer objectives, challenges, and success measures to help shape relevant solutionsCommunicate product value clearly through presentations, meetings, and follow-up conversationsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product planning and deliveryCoordinate inputs, technical deliverables, and implementation planning across teamsShare customer insights and feedback to strengthen product development, messaging, and adoptionMarket & Opportunity DevelopmentExplore opportunities to deliver new value across education, healthcare, government, research,
