Sales. Our client is a well-established North American distributor serving industrial, construction and specialty contractor markets. They are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to take ownership of an established portfolio of B2B accounts while actively identifying opportunities to grow the business. Following the initial training and onboarding period, this position offers a hybrid work environment , combining time with the Calgary branch team with the flexibility to work remotely. This is not simply an order-entry role. You'll build customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare quotes, recommend solutions and actively develop business.

What You'll Do

Manage and grow an established portfolio of B2B accounts Build strong customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Prepare quotes,



follow up and close sales opportunities Upsell and cross-sell across a broad technical product offering Prospect for new customers and reactivate dormant accounts Work closely with the branch team to deliver on customer needs What We're Looking For 2 years of B2B inside sales, account management or industrial sales experience Experience in industrial, construction, safety, equipment, tools, MRO, building products or technical distribution Confidence making outbound calls, prospecting and developing business Experience preparing quotes and managing customer orders Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Ability and interest to learn a broad technical product offering Strong organization and follow-through CRM and Microsoft Office experience Compensation &
