We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Support professional to assist our sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent service. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with order processing, quotes, and invoicing
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Provide product information and assist customers in finding the right solutions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service or sales support experience preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus A proactive and team-oriented mindset
