Insurance, we take a client-first approach to everything we do. Wanting to continue to grow our successful book of commercial business, we are looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager! In this role, you get to play to your strengths and work autonomously yet be part of a larger team committed to understanding our customers to ensure they are protected and get the level of service they deserve.

Manage and service mixed portfolio of commercial accounts providing variety and chance to grow your skills and knowledge. Support the full life cycle of the client from new business, renewals, endorsements, conducting detailed reviews of risk and underwriting information to ensure accuracy and optimal insurance solutions. Assist in remarketing policies when necessary.

Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution. Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from clients, carriers, and colleagues, diligently following up on client accounts to resolve outstanding issues and activities. Take new claim reports and submit them to insurance carriers promptly.

Maintain detailed and accurate information in the broker management system (Applied Epic) Identify and support sales opportunities as appropriate, (commission on new business).



RIBO license preferred (or willingness to obtain if experience in other areas of commercial lines insurance) ~2+ years commercial insurance experience or underwriting background ~ Strong understanding of commercial risks ~ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts independently ~ Knowledge of Applied Epic is an asset ~ Experience with farm is an asset Commission on new commercial business only (no quotas) Employee perks: comprehensive benefits plan, pension plan with company matching, paid time off including pawreavement leave and volunteer day, team events The upper end of the range is generally reserved for team members who consistently demonstrate exceptional performance, make a meaningful impact, and continue to grow within their role.
