Take the lead in product development as an Interior Trim Planner focusing on bespoke features and manufacturing innovations. In this pivotal role, you’ll guide projects from concept through production, ensuring efficiency and delivery performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, particularly within automotive, aerospace, or marine sectors, along with expertise in NPI, APQP, and project management.

Your role will involve evaluating concepts, conducting design reviews, and implementing risk mitigations to ensure high standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design and engineering reviews for recent products




- Evaluate bespoke features for feasibility and production readiness
- Develop and industrialize new manufacturing processes
- Manage prototype and trial batch production efficiently
- Oversee purchasing and commissioning of new tooling Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience in automotive, aerospace, or marine
- Knowledge in NPI, APQP & Project Management
- Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing techniques
