To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at https://www.Newhorizonco-op.Crs/sites/newhorizonWhat you'll do:Monitor multiple store locations to prevent theft, fraud, and safety issuesConduct site audits to ensure compliance with loss prevention measuresMonitor CCTV footage and assist the Director of Risk in asset protection investigationsRespond to incidents at locations like theft, fuel spills, or safety concern.Keep detailed reports of any incidents or unusual activityProvide training to staff on theft preventionDrive and operate the Community Cruiser to support the unhoused by distributing food, water, clothing, and other essentialsWork with local law enforcement or emergency services when neededOther duties as requiredWhy it matters:Our team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. feed and grow Western Canadian communities together.Who you are and what you have:Valid Class 5 AB driver's license with clean abstractMust be bondableStrong observation and incident response skillsExperience in security, loss prevention, or customer serviceComfortable working independently and traveling between sitesKnowledge of liquor, tobacco, and fuel regulationsAble to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical patrolsClear written and verbal communication skillsLoss Prevention Foundation (LPF) CertificationSSIA License in the province of Alberta would be considered an asset.Available to work on a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekendsOur Team Members receive competitive salaries, a comprehensive benefits package and an employer-contributed pension plan.
