The culture prioritizes technical skill alongside personality and fit—success comes from being both capable and cooperative.Day in the LifeAs a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will work closely with the lead assembler to ensure equipment is accurately built and ready for testing and shipping. A typical day includes populating equipment frames from BOMs, coordinating workflow and timing with the lead assembler, assisting with mechanical testing and quality control, performing initial packaging and securing units to skids for shipment, and supporting smaller assembly tasks such as PVC pipe assembly for separate product lines (~10% of time). You will rely on SolidWorks drawings, images, and standard work instructions to execute exact assembly work.ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical components from BOMs, drawings, and work instructions.Assist with testing, QC,
