Stores Coordinator Building Envelope, Construction Winnipeg location is looking for a Stores Coordinator to join our team! Pick / Pack and put away inventory Process packing lists and receipt purchases into Dynamics Purchase inventory materials from approved vendor’s and partners Reconcile invoices against purchase orders and forward to Corporate for payment Work in close partnership with various departments, ie: Safety , Service , Roofing, Mfg Create and submit Recent Vendor request forms to Accounts Payable where applicable Order stock requisitions through X-Cart online “Flynn Store” Order and receipt into Dynamics, replenishment stock for the AGS “Flynn Store” Process stock-out transactions for all AGS “Flynn Store” requisitions Monitor stock levels and adjust minimum/maximum order levels for stores Coordinating closely with Provincial Fleet & Facilities Coordinator Managing and coordinating fleet maintenance schedule and drivers Competitive wages and benefits Training and Development opportunities Experience in a purchasing role,
