Job Title: Portfolio/Project Performance AnalystJob ID: 90627Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaOverview: The Business Decision Support Professional Level 1 facilitates complex decision-making in support of the design and implementation of business change or improvement initiatives.What you will be doing:Data analytics: Extract, clean, transform, and analyze project performance data from SAP-BW and other systems.Performance reporting: Produce standardized monthly/quarterly reports and timely ad hoc analysis.Insight communication: Present analytical findings and reporting results clearly to project teams, senior leaders, and other audiences.Portfolio processes: Support or facilitate activities such as forecast deep-dive reviews and project releases.Process improvement: Identify reporting gaps and recommend improvements based on analytical judgment and business needs.Reporting automation/standardization: Develop repeatable reports and processes that improve efficiency.Process documentation: Document the team's operational processes and analytical activities.Technology partnership:



Work with the Technology Business Unit to ensure the underlying systems supporting Portfolio Management reporting are delivered and maintained for on-demand data access.Problem solving: Independently resolve moderately complex issues within the role's authority, escalating or seeking input on more complex matters.Team support: Assist senior team members and Team Leads as required.Power BI experience is a must have requirement.What you must have:Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplineAdvanced English skills for professional setting, written and spokenSalary/Rate Range: $49.00 -$60.00 per hourTerm:12-month contract; most likely to extendThank you for your interest in this opportunity.
