Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Discharge Lounge team at Lions Gate Hospital in North Vancouver, BC. You will practice within a client- and family-centred care model and follow BCCNM standards.In this role you will work both independently and with an interdisciplinary team, performing full-scope LPN functions, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of care, while supporting patients and families.
