ManagePoint Technologies Inc. is seeking a co-op IT Service Desk role in London, Ontario.

You will triage client issues, categorize tickets, and resolve or escalate them while also assisting with in office visits and project implementations such as IT infrastructure builds and security projects. You will gain hands-on experience through client sites, with opportunities to contribute to budgeting, process improvements, and rollout planning.
