OverviewSenior Manager, SMB National Sales Centre leads national sales strategy and execution for the SMB portfolio. The role is accountable for driving new revenue growth, reducing customer churn, and building a high‑performing sales organization across management, account management, analytics, and channel development. The position is based in Toronto, with a hybrid mode of in‑office and remote work.LocationToronto office; hybrid work arrangement.Reporting RelationshipReports to the Director, Business Development, Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMB).CompensationThe expected base salary range is $115,000–$147,000. Total compensation may include variable or discretionary incentive components such as bonuses and commissions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead national SMB sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue growth targets and improve customer retention.Manage and develop Sales Managers to meet quota, setting targets aligned to corporate objectives and market conditions.Deliver $25M+ in annual new business revenue while supporting long‑term portfolio and value‑added services growth.Evaluate sales performance data, implement action plans to optimize results and identify growth opportunities.Develop and present data‑driven recommendations to enhance go‑to‑market strategy, product positioning, and sales effectiveness.Produce regular performance reporting with actionable insights for senior leadership and executive decision‑making.Define resource requirements and optimize team structure to meet sales targets and operational goals.Build and maintain cross‑functional partnerships to support market expansion and improve market share.Identify and pursue new market opportunities through analysis of customer, competitor,
